If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll gladly exchange or refund it, as long as you contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. The item must be in its original, unworn condition in order to be refunded. Please note that the buyer
is responsible for the return shipping cost. Therefore, send the item back using the most economical track able shipping method (regular Postal service), not courier service.

Our sandals have standard European sizes.

In case you are not certain about your size, please measure the insole length of one of your sandals and check with our insole measurements that you can find in each listings photos. If you wear a half size, order the nearest whole size. You can always contact us for assistance.

Due to our sandals being made from scratch we are able to customize an order under certain circumstances. We don't accept returns for custom orders.

Sandals and bags are shipped via UPS / FEDEX / TNT Express worldwide.

Remote areas for UPS / FEDEX / TNT network are excluded, so we ship by Cyprus Post Registered Airmail.

When your order ships, you will receive a notification email that includes your tracking number.

Lost in the mail packages are issued a full refund. A package can only confirmed as lost from shipping companies search. The procedure can take up to 45 days after the original shipping date.
